So far, this re-greening has impacted an area twice the size of the continental United States with new plant and tree coverage. This will significantly slow down any climate changes as this new green area growth will absorb quite a lot of future CO2 emissions. This gives Nations more time to make and implement non CO2 energy changes. article

Some of the adverse effects from incorrect vitamin forms and dosages plus missing complementary nutrients are reaching critical mass. Under certain conditions, these vitamin forms and dosages could impact heart disease, cancer growth rate, elevate risk for diabetes, and jeopardize bone strength.

Here is a study showing an association between higher amounts of vitamin B6 and B12 leading to a 20%, up to 50% for some subjects, increase in hip fractures. ref The high amounts were only at or above 35 mg/day for B6 and 20 mcg/day for B12. This study followed almost 78,000 Nurses over 20 years. ref

FYI: The amounts of B vitamins finding adverse bone fractures in the above research noted that to get these levels required the intake of supplements. Since all multi-vitamins have flaws, it could very well be the increase in hip fractures were the result of some of the other flaws rather than just the two B vitamins mentioned. 

Here is a simply explanation for these results. ref Other studies have found benefits for bone for B12 with folic acid. So vitamin B6 might just be the one. The new vitamin criteria limits amounts for B6 of 3-6 mg and vitamin B12 of 3-10 mcg. with the low side preferred and only special circumstances for the higher amounts.

With proper guidance for a good diet, adequate body movement, positive happy thoughts, and effective supplement forms and dosages, the body gains the ability to reverse such unhealthy conditions.
